How do I get AspenBux?

When you enter a free cash tourney, everyone will get some that makes it into the brackets. You can also earn AspenBux through the awards system with a few guidelines. New accounts (less then 2 months) cannot play some one on the same IP Address for AspenBux, you can play but it will not award the winner. This lead to cheating of the system, and damages my ablity to provide you this service (more free money). That's the rules.

Is this gambling?

Technically no. The free tournaments are open tournaments, which under most jurisidictions (including the United States) is legal to give out prizes. After that you are only trying to increase your AspenBux balance by playing other players. The best part is that it doesn't cost you anything. No deposits.

Yes I do. I do not practice fractional reserve lending. Although some of the in play AspenBux is in "dead" accounts which could throw the totals off a bit.

How annoying are the ads going to be here?

The lobby will have it's one ad, there will be an ad every few games later (maybe), and the felt may have sponsors logos on it. (Somewhat transparent) I will not have those annoying screaming WII ads. Or the "OMG!" screamers. You might see some pre-roll ads in the future (15-30 sec videos), but they will be limited to one per session (not that bad).
